Think of your Caravan picnic as the mobile venue of your dreams. Each picnic includes everything you need for a truly one-of-a-kind picnic experience:

  • Customized design tailored to your style & color preferences
  • Styled decor, hand-selected for your event
  • Handcrafted whitewashed picnic tables
  • Dinnerware, flatware, and serveware for up to 20 guests
  • Seating pillows/cushions*, blankets/rugs, table linens
  • Styled umbrella or canopy
  • Water/non-alcoholic drink dispensers and/or champagne bucket
  • One fresh bouquet per table
  • Delivery, set-up and take-down– all you have to do is enjoy!

*For guests who may have difficulty sitting on the ground, alternative seating can be provided at no extra cost (up to 2 per party). Please note in the ‘Additional Info’ field below.

*note that we do NOT set up picnics in public parks, including Zilker Park
